Wetlands
Shoener Environmental's staff of environmental scientists and biologists can provide the following services:
- Wetland identification with a wetlands presence or absence survey
- Wetland boundary delineations in accordance with US Army Corps of Engineers and State agency requirements.
- Obtaining Jurisdictional Determination (JD) letters from the US Army Corps of Engineers
- Prepare permit applications to obtain approval for project impacts
- Design wetland replacement and mitigation sites
- Monitor wetland replacement and mitigation projects.
Shoener Environmental works on a variety of projects from large wind farms and industrial parks involving thousands of acres to small projects for small subdivisions and individual homes.
Shoener Environmental maintains relationships with the United States Army Corps of Engineers and State Environmental agencies. We remain current on all the emerging environmental issues such as isolated wetlands, intermittent and ephemeral streams, and ongoing changes in the wetlands permitting process.
